Banquets and Catering by the Hearthstone is the culmination of 35 years of continuous restaurant, banquet and catering experience by Franklin & Gina Lister and their talented and dedicated staff. Our reputation rests with our always praised high level of guest services and menu items prepared from scratch by our professionally trained staff in a contemporary and imaginative manner. We, as a company, are committed to keeping in touch with national and international food trends, and this is reflected in our willingness and ability to display and present food beyond the ordinary. We are attuned to the needs of our guests and customers and are comfortable working with the varied needs of our guests.

We understand that it is often overwhelming to contemplate and digest options for your event. Our pledge is to work with you to develop an innovative, delicious menu within your price range while, at the same time, developing a comfortable, trusting relationship between you and our event coordinator.

Some major events that we have catered are: Muskegon Museum of Art 90th and 91st Anniversary Gala, Annual Muskegon County Museum Lumber Barons Ball, Gala opening of the Frauenthal renovation, Bosch of Indiana company picnic, Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce Anniversary.

In addition to full-service banquets, we also offer a vast selection of catered lunch options which can be delivered to your office, business or home.

Whatever the event, we want to make your menu selection as easy and as exciting as possible. Our diverse, contemporary menu offers selections ranging from simple Continental Breakfasts to Business/Corporate catered lunches to Sophisticated, Lavish Events.

Full Service Banquets

We offer full service banquets for Breakfast, Lunch, Appetizer Events and Dinner, with the option of either china or disposables at any of our partner venues or a facility of your choice.

Partial Service Options

We offer a variety of options including delivery only, buffet set-up and display, equipment/cleanup. Our Catering and Banquet Director, Bobbi Townsend, will gladly assist you in customizing the service level desired for your event.

Business/Corporate Lunch Catering

We will happily bring the Hearthstone to your office, home or location of your choice. All of our lunch catering menu items are also available for “pick up”. Same day ordering is available on most items. Menu selections are displayed on high quality disposables which are included in each order. Delivery and set-up are available for a nominal fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery/pick-up may be charged in full for the order.
